External evaluation - evaluation in other projects/tasks
To optimize workflows, evaluations for other research projects, monitoring tasks or ad hoc tasks can now be made directly from each results list.
Once the valuation has been completed, it is automatically documented in the valuation history.
Forwarding directly to other users
Other users can now be informed directly about certain patents.
The call is made from any results list or detailed view. All you have to do is filter and select the user from a list to whom the patent is to be sent. A comment function is also possible.
The recipient receives a notification in their personal area in the dashboard that patents have been assigned to them.
With one click, the user receives the patents assigned to him with the corresponding comment, as well as the name and time of the sender. With the help of the external evaluation, the patent can then be directly assigned to a user’s own project and evaluated.
