Extended workflow concept

...for even more safety, flexibility and efficiency

Our innovative workflow concept is revolutionizing patent monitoring and is characterized by flexibility, security and ease of use.

It enables not only the definition of tasks, but also their combination within a process in order to design projects with integrated workflows. Collaboration between searchers, expert teams and the patent department is fully automated. If necessary, external experts can be consulted and interaction with other projects or departments can be initiated from any hit list.

Thanks to new evaluation and status combinations, critical and potentially dangerous patent families can be identified efficiently without additional effort.

The assignment of specific roles in the monitoring process simplifies both the allocation of rights and the creation of new projects, with responsibilities being assigned automatically on a role-specific basis.

Our new management tree supports the organization and administration of projects. Experts can also create projects if required, and patent departments can be seamlessly integrated if desired.

The clear separation between technical assignment and the management tree promotes maximum technical cooperation and enables precise evaluations at project and component level. These are used to determine the risk potential of own products and to efficiently analyze the competition, which optimally supports strategic patent work.

Regardless of whether you already have an established process or would like to implement a new monitoring system, we are always on hand with our expertise.

The existing workflow concept can be 100% integrated into the new workflow concept.

Activation is required to use the new concept. Additional costs may only be incurred for data migration (depending on complexity). Please understand that due to the individual adaptability, no standardized migration is possible. If you are interested or have any further questions, please contact us.
